These terms and conditions have been set out to ensure we all enjoy a safe and relaxing time whilst visiting the venue. Please read this information carefully as it contains important information about this event hosted at the venue. * 1. TRAVEL INSURANCE 1.1 The venue is not liable for any loss or damage to guests’ valuables/personal property. 1.2 The venue suggests you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. The policy should include, but not be limited to: loss of deposit and any payments made through cancellation, loss or damage to personal belongings, loss of money and reimbursement for medical expenses. 2. CANCELLATION 2.1 If cancelling your booking less than thirty (30) days prior to the retreat commencement date no refund will be provided. 3. PAYMENT OF ROOM CHARGES 3.1 A credit card is required on or before check in at the venue. You will be notified regarding any charges processed on your credit card, which may include but will not be limited to charges for any breakages, damages or incidentals. 3.2 Any additional charges charged to your room (including bar tabs, treatments, etc), will be processed on departure and charged to the credit card on file. 4. CONDUCT AT THE RETREAT EVENT 4.1 All attendees at the retreat must conduct themselves in an orderly and lawful manner. 4.2 The venue may exclude or remove any persons or possessions from our retreat event or from the venue premises. No food or beverages of any kind, other than those provided by the venue, will be permitted at the retreat venue or dining venue without the consent of a representative of the Resort. 4.3 This venue practices principles of responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and may be removed from the premises. 5. ITEMS NOT COLLECTED 5.1 Any items that have not been collected after the retreat event will be disposed of within seven (7) days. 6. THE VENUE WAIVERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR: 6.1 Theft, damage or loss of any goods brought onto the Resort Premises. 6.2 Any introduction of food to the conference or event and the affect of thereafter. 7. LOSS AND DAMAGE TO THE VENUE PROPERTY 7.1 You are responsible for all loss and damage to the property of the venue (including the Venue Premises and any fixtures, furnishings or goods on or off the Venue) caused by or arising from any act or omission by you.
